The Disgrace of the Salazar Family is a Request found in Chapter 12 where you'll have to deface the portrait of Ramon Salazar at the Throne Room in Resident Evil 4 Remake (RE4 Remake). The portrait is located in the Throne Room next to the Antechamber. You can get there by heading east of the Ball Room until you reach the door with two unicorn statues beside it.
| OPTIONAL: You can use any egg that you've collected from previous chapters to deface the portait. |
There will be a shrine at the right side of the room where you can get a Gold Egg to be used to deface the portrait.
Alternatively, if you wish to keep and sell the Gold Egg for 9000 Pesetas, you can wait for one of the chickens in the room to lay a regular egg.
The portrait is located on the left corner of the Throne Room. Equip and throw the egg at the portrait of Ramon Salazar to deface it to complete the request. Eggs can be equipped from your inventory and are used similar to how Hand Grenades are used.
If you accidentally threw the Gold Egg instead of a regular egg, you can simply load up a previous save file and collect the gold egg again.
