From the start, head down the stairs and activate the sun lever and change it to moon. Then go up to the top floor of this tower and there wou be a Pearl Bangle in a red chest.

In the northwestern tower, there is a room with a lantern you can shoot to ignite the floor when it drops. There is a chest containing the Elegant Crown which is found to the left after you pass by the lantern room.

Velvet Blue

After grappling down the tower, right before entering the waterway, there will be a flight of stairs. At the end of that broken stairway, there will be a Velvet Blue.

In the waterways, you'll encounter 2 boxes beside a Yellow Herb. Look above and there will be a lantern you can shoot to get a Ruby.

In the room where you turn a valve to lower the water, there will be a locked drawer that you will need a Small Key for. You can get one of those from the Merchant. Inside the drawer will be a Gold Bar(L).

Mirror with Pearls and Rubies

Go straight past the room with the water valve and you'll find a chest containing a Mirror with Pearls and Rubies.

Alexandrite

Castle - Waterways
After lowering the water level, you'll be able to use the waterways. From the Merchant, drop down the ledge and go straight through the cave and head to the first area. There will be a ladder near the end. Climb it to get to a chest with an Alexandrite.

Yellow Diamond

From the Merchant, drop down the ledge and take the left cave. After exiting, there will be a lantern under the bridge which is near the room where the Merchant is in. Shooting the lantern will get you a Yellow Diamond.

Depraved Idol

After you activate the lever for the boulder traps in the cave, there will be one boulder in the northeasetern area and past it will be a red chest containing a Depraved Idol.

Emerald

Right before exiting the caves with the boulder traps, there will be a lantern between two boulders. Shoot it for an Emerald.

Brass Pocket Watch

In the docks, right after passing the typewriter, there will be a lantern to your right. Shoot it for a Brass Pocket Watch.

While still in the Dissection area, head to the rightmost room in the map. After taking care of the Regenerator in there, you can break the glass to your left and there will be an Ornate Beetle.

Right out in the open area, there will be a closed trash bin that you can open and there will be a Gold Bar(L) inside. Beware the turrets or you can just come back here after you destroy those first.

After passing through the collapsed rubble area, you'll see a fork in the road. In the intersection of that, look up and you'll se a lantern that you can shoot to drop a Sapphire.

After escaping Martinico for the second time, there will be a door to the left in a hallway. There will be an enemy inside so take care of it first and then you can pick up an Ornate Necklace from the suitcase in the middle of the room.
