There are 2 Minecart Sections

Enemies you will encounter in the first minecart section can be killed with 1 shot. Use this to your advantage and kill them as soon as they appear.

The biggest threat in the second minecart section is the Chainsaw Man. You will have to shoot him multiple times before he goes down. If you can see him from afar, try to land some shots before he can come close again.

Shoot Enemies Immediately

As soon as an enemy appears, try to shoot them immediately before they can attack you. Most of the enemies that you will encounter here can be killed with 1 shot since you will be using Luis's Red9.

Shoot the Explosive Barrels

Use the red barrels to eliminate multiple enemies in a single shot. This will allow you to finish off a wave of enemies without having to reload during the fight.

Memorize the Area

You will encounter multiple obstacles on both the first and second sections of the mines. Make sure that you learn and memorize their position, so you can prepare and pre-aim before they come.

Reload When You Can

There are safe areas in the mines where there are no enemies or obstacles that you have to shoot. Use this window to reload your weapon before the next wave comes.

Use Autosave as a Checkpoint

Playing the game in Assisted, Standard, and Hardcore allows the Autosave feature. If you can complete the first section without taking any damage, you can use the break between sections as a checkpoint. If you make any mistakes in the second section, you can just load the auto-save file to start again on the second section.
