Command Ashley to Hide Before Starting the Fight
Before you grab the handle and start the battle, make sure Ashley is hiding in a locker, so you can focus in the fight. It will be tough to protect yourself and her on this encounter, so be sure to do so!
Immediately Throw Grenades
Once the battle starts, immediately throw Hand Grenades to deal enormous damage against them. You can also use a Flash Grenade to stun them and go for a melee attack.
Use the Chainsaw Sisters to Kill the Ganados
Position yourself where the Chainsaw Sisters can hit the Ganados that will appear in the fight. This is a good way to deal with the large number of enemies that will appear, especially if you're out of grenades.
How To Beat Ganados (Villagers)
Use a Shotgun or TMP
Shotguns can inflict significant damage on the Chainsaw Sister, especially at close-range, so equip one before fighting them. But if you wan't some mobility while fighting them, it's best to use the TMP.
Keep Your Distance and Don't Parry
Never parry a Chainsaw user; although it may look cool, it's not as rewarding as it seems. Parrying a Chainsaw user deals massive durability damage against your knife which is an important item for taking down enemies faster.
Instead of parrying, it's best to keep your distance and shoot Chainsaw users until you stagger them.
Skip Boss Fight
Note: This only works on Assisted, Standard, and Hardcore difficulties.

You can skip the fight against the Chainsaw Sisters and head to the next area safely.
You will have to glitch through the wall by opening the back of the house using your pistol. Head to the back of the house by shooting the locked gate. Walk backwards into the side of the house, from left to right, while using your scope to aim down at the ground.
Pause and load autosave to load into wall
Pause and load the autosave and you should be in the wall once you load back in. Go through the wall while aiming with a pistol, or else you'll pop out of the wall.
Go through the wall and head south of the Checkpoint area, where you can come out of a rock right beside the Chainsaw Sisters, who will not attack you. Ignore them and continue walking your way.
