Use Rocket Launcher on the Wall

In the Cargo Depot section of the Island, you'll have to protect Ashley as she destroys a wall with a wrecking ball. To skip most of this section, simply use an RPG directly on the crack in the wall. This will greatly weaken the wall, so that only 1 additional hit from the wrecking ball will immediately destroy the wall.

Use Heavy Grenades on the Wall

If you don't have a Rocket Launcher in your inventory, you can use Heavy Grenades. It only takes 2 Heavy Grenades (thrown before the wrecking ball hits the wall the first time) to destroy the wall on Assisted to Hardcore mode.

Is Using an RPG on the Wall Worth It?

Not Worth it if Speedrunning Professional

If you're doing this as a tactic to skip sections and speedrun through Hardcore or Professional difficulties, wherein you need to beat the game in under 5 hours and 30 minutes, using an RPG on the wall isn't worth it, given how expensive the RPG is.

You can choose to save your money to buy a weapon you'll use more in the longterm for the rest of the Island. If you already have an RPG, it would be better to use its single ammo in the last stage of the Krauser (Transformed) Boss Fight at the end of the Chapter or on Saddler in Chapter 16.

Best Equipment for Professional Mode

Worth it if Speedrunning Assisted Mode

This RPG method is viable for speedrunning an easier difficulty like Assisted mode, since it isn't that hard to find money/the funds to get an RPG. It would also save more time to destroy this wall with the RPG than to kill Krauser with the RPG.
