As soon as the fight starts, immediately destroy all the crates and collect any items in the area before positioning yourself on the platform near the altar. This will assist you in dodging some of Saddler's attack patterns during the fight.
If you deal enough damage to Saddler, he will be staggered, leaving the eye on his mouth vulnerable to grapple melee attacks. Take advantage of this opportunity and use it whenever possible, as it deals a significant amount of damage. Executing the Grapple Melee Attack three times is sufficient to defeat Osmund Saddler.
Osmund Saddler will stand still and perform a tentacle attack from the ground. Immediately press the button prompt to dodge this attack whenever it appears to avoid taking damage.
How to Dodge and Avoid Attacks
Osmund Saddler will sometimes perform a vomit attack that can easily be dodged if you crouch. However, his other ranged attack, which fires the bullets he absorbed, can only be dodged if you sidestep or hide behind the pillars.
