By default, you can perform a Quick Turn by holding back on the D-pad and pressing the Run button on consoles, or pressing the Q key on the keyboard.
You can change the input for Quick Turn by changing your Quick Turn Type in the Controls tab of the Options menu. Using this option, you can switch the Quick Turn input to use your secondary Run button, the Crouch button, or disable the input completely.
