The Expanded Treasure Map is bonus content DLC that can be purchased itself or through the Deluxe and Collector's Editions of Resident Evil 4 Remake. Once purchased and claimed, it will automatically apply itself to your game.

For PS5 players who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition, simply press Start and go to Manage Game Content. Choose all the pre-order bonuses you wish to download, then simply reboot the game.

Resident Evil 4 Remake - Expanded Treasure Map Applied

The Expanded Treasure Map DLC adds new treasures (labeled on the map as Expanded Treasures) on each area. These treasures can only be obtained this way, and won't appear even after buying the area's treasure map from the merchant.

Once the Expanded Treasure has been downloaded and applied to the game, all the added hidden treasures will be visible in the Map menu, regardless if that area is still unavailable to the player.
