Similar to the original game, the Resident Evil 4 Remake is exclusively a single player experience! Capcom has made no move or announcement to indicate that they will be introducing a Multiplayer mode.

While you can play with an in-game companion, Ashley, she is simply an NPC and this is still not a co-op feature even in the remake.
