Turn Right after Passing Under the Bridge

From the Outer Wall Battleground Site of Grace, head east and pass under the bridge that leads to the capital. Auriza Hero's Grave is at the end of the path on the right.

Obtain Vulgar Militia Ashes

In the first room after getting off the lift, head down the tunnel on the right side. In the next room, head all the way down, avoiding the spinning chariot as you go. Once you've reached the bridge, drop down the gap and head through the tunnel. Turn right into the next tunnel and go straight.

You'll end up in another room with a spinning chariot. Head down the ramp to the pillars with the other chariot and look over the edge to the left. Drop down on the thin beams, making your way to the opposite end. Head through the doorway to the left of the statue and Vulgar Militia Ashes will be on a corpse in the room at the end of the short tunnel, opposite the ladder.
