Grave Warden Duelist
|
You can get to Murkwater Catacombs by traveling to the Murkwater Coast site of grace and activating the statue on top of the cliff north of the site. Once activated, it will reveal the entrance and show you where it's located.
Simply jump down to the spirit spring to negate the fall damage and head north of Murkwater River to find the entrance.
1 | Activate the site of grace inside the catacomb and make your way down the stairs where you will find a corridor with a straight path leading to a room with a statue and a right path which leads to the boss room. There are also imps at the ceiling that are waiting for an ambush. |
---|---|
2 | At the end of the hallway is a statue with a lever you can interact that opens the boss room with imps waiting for you inside. Be careful as there is a pressure plate at the end of the hallway which activates a trap that shoots flaming arrows when activated. |
3 | Once you're done with the lever, turn around and go back and take the other path. There is another pressure plate that activates the same trap at the end. Carefully move around it, and head inside the room where you will be greeted by another set of imps. |
4 | Take the stairs down, and once you cross the fog wall, you will encounter the Grave Warden Duelist, which drops the Battle Hammer and Banished Knight Engvall's Ashes on defeat. ▶ How to Defeat Grave Warden Duelist |
Attack Grave Warden Duelist during its Hammer Spin attack to take him down. After dodging both hammer swings, you can dodge the last strike by waiting for Grave Warden Duelist to jump then roll either behind or to the side as he will strike what is in front of him.
How to Beat Grave Warden Duelist: Boss Fight Guide
Be sure to take one set of imps at a time to avoid getting outnumbered, as getting hit consecutively by the imps will build up your hemorrhage and lets you take a large amount of damage relative to your Max HP.
