The Smithing Talisman can be obtained inside the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past. From the Site of Grace at the entrance, make your way to the hidden area on the left by using the lever found in the first room. Proceed to the unlocked area and take the corridor found on the right.

Near the end of the corridor, you will see a ladder that will take you up into a room filled with lava. Go past that room, and you will see the talisman on a corpse to your left.

Requires Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree - Mesmer

Obtaining this talisman requires you to own and install the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing the DLC requires defeating both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood.

After defeating the required bosses, the DLC can be started by interacting with Miquella's Egg at the Cocoon of the Empyrean Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace.
