Head East from Bonny Village and Keep Following the Road

From Bonny Village, head east passing through the two bridges until you reach the Bridge Leading to the Village Site of Grace. From here, follow the path north until the Church District Highroad Site of Grace. Head southwest from here to reach the Cathedral of Manus Metyr.

Reach Bonny Village Through Moorth Ruins Underground Section

Get to the underground section of Moorth Ruins and drop down to the lowest level. At the bottom, you'll find a path that leads you to a ladder. Climb the ladder out the well and you'll arrive at Bonny Village.

You can find a Site of Grace inside the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. Head inside the cathedral to activate the Site of Grace.
