Dragon-Burnt Ruins is a destroyed structure in the middle of Agheel Lake. Situated in the middle of Limgrave, it can be accessed from any cardinal direction.

Flying Dragon Agheel is a tough early fight, but an epic one for sure. Make sure you're on horseback, as you'll need to gallop away as fast as possible when the dragon covers the lake in flames. Try to get behind the dragon when it uses its Fire Breath attack and slash at its feet.
You'll earn a Dragon Heart if you can slay Flying Dragon Agheel.
How to Beat Flying Dragon Agheel
If you ride toward the northwestern island of Agheel Lake, you'll notice a group of people gathered around a pyre. To get Flying Dragon Agheel to spawn, approach the pyre and it will fly down from the sky.

In the southernmost part of the Dragon-Burnt Ruins, there is a cellar surrounded by walls. Use your horse to jump over the walls and you'll find a staircase leading to a room with the Twinblade in a treasure chest.

Underneath the ruins of the Dragon-Burnt Ruins lies a trapped chest that teleports unsuspecting players to Sellia Crystal Tunnel, a minor dungeon located at the heart of Caelid. Make sure not to open this chest, especially if you have saved up a lot of runes.
Otherwise, you will find yourself struggling to get out of the dungeon as insect beings lurk the area and can potentially kill you with ease. Not to mention that you will not be able to teleport out until you get out of the dungeon.
