Location Consecrated Snowfield, northeast of the Inner Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace

From the Inner Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace, head east along the frozen ravine. You'll find a giant octopus guarding a door blocked by mist. Defeat the octopus, then use a Stonesword Key on the Imp statue to open the door to the Cave of Forlorn.
