Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword Location

Note: The Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword is only available if you own the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

Found at the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past

The Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword is located inside the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past. You will need to interact with a hidden Ruined Forge inside the dungeon to get this weapon.

How to Get Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword
1
To reach Scadu Atlus where the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past is located, start from the Castle Front Site of Grace and then go through Castle Ensis to defeat Rellana. Alternatively, you can also use the Fort of Reprimand Skip if you want to reach Scadu Altus without having to fight Rellana.
2
Once at Scadu Altus, head north from the Highroad Cross Site of Grace until you reach a fork (the Scadu Atlus Map Fragment can be obtained here). At the fork, go southeast, then directly south until you reach the forge. If you are coming from the Moorth Highway Site of Grace, head north then go west until you reach the forge.
3
Starting at the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past Site of Grace, cross the bridge to the southeast and pull the lever to open the gate.
4
After pulling the lever, drop down and enter through the opened gate. Turn right past the Misbegotten and Fire Slime.
5
When you turn right (watch out for the hiding Golem Smith), head through the hallway and climb the ladder to the right of the Fire Slime that falls down from the ceiling.
6
After climbing the ladder, follow the path forward into a room with a Golem Smith petting a Fire Slime. Take the ramp going up the upper platform and then head into the doorway until you reach a black platform.
7
On the black platform, drop down onto the small stone bridge. Head forward and turn left towards the gate lever.
8
At the gate lever, pull it once to bring the gate down, then pull it again to make it rise. Use the rising gate as a platform to get onto the elevated floor next to it.
9
After climbing onto the floor from the rising gate, you'll see a room with a forge. Interact with the forge to pick up the Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword along with an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone. An exit portal will appear beside the forge afterwards.

How to Skip to Scadu Altus Using the Fort of Reprimand Spiritspring

This sealed spiritspring is found to the southwest of the Castle Front past the poison swamp, on the path before the Elder's Hovel. Unseal the spritspring by destroying the nearby rockpile found up on a ledge.

Once unsealed, ride on Torrent and jump on the spiritspring to launch yourself to a higher area with another spiritspring. This next spiritspring will send you directly to the back of Fort of Reprimand (at Behind Fort of Reprimand Site of Grace).
