Obtain Smithing Stones
Ruined Forge Lava Intake contains a large amount of Smithing Stones with varying levels that you can pick up as you explore and as enemy drops.
Obtain the Greater Potentate's Cookbook 13
From the entrance, keep following the linear path until you end up in a large room with stone golems and lava slimes. Climb down the ladder on your light and dispose of these enemies first if you wish.
Go up the stairs near the ladder you climbed down from, turn right, and you should see the Greater Potentate's Cookbook 13 on top of a corpse in the corner.
Obtain the Smithscript Dagger
The next item of interest shouldn't be far from here. Simply head to the west end of the room to find a path to the next. The Smithscript Dagger will be at the end of the room, guarded by another stone golem.

Obtain the Anvil Hammer
Now, return to the previous room with the ladder and stairs. After going up the stairs this time, jump on the ruined wall on your left to get across to the floor at the other end.
Turn right and you will find a lever that will raise a giant pipe from the lava. Jump onto the giant pipe and run to the other end to find a small passage on your right.
Examine the altar inside the room to obtain the Anvil Hammer and an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.
