Obtain the Urumi

Obtained on the south-eastern most part of Carian Manor. From the Manor Lower Level Site of Grace, start heading south-east until you find a blue lantern on a building below. Jump into it then you'll find a group of small Spider Hands. The Urumi is found on the corpse behind them.

Obtain the Carian Grandeur Ash of War

Looted from a hanging corpse on a crumbling stone tower. Instead of heading to the boss room, turn left to find some descendable platforms.

Proceed into the graveyard below and keep descending until you see the crumbling stone tower. The lootable corpse is right before re-entering the Carian Manor's gardens.

Defeat Royal Knight Loretta

Keeping your distance when using ranged weapons is always important, but Loretta has a number of ranged attacks herself to counter you, as well as a leaping move to close any distance. To avoid these and get your attacks off, summon tanky Spirit Ashes such as the Greatshield Soldiers. They'll take the brunt of the damage and you'll be free to use your weapons on her.

You will earn Ash of War: Loretta's Slash and Loretta's Greatbow for beating Royal Knight Loretta.

How to Beat Royal Knight Loretta

Obtain Sword of Night and Flame

From the Main Caria Manor Gate Site of Grace, head through the gate and head northwest up the hill while avoiding the hand enemies on the ground. Then, head up the steps into the building in the west. Go up two flights of steps to a chapel and rest at the Manor Lower Level Site of Grace, then head out the doorway.

Go straight across the first path, then turn left and go down that path. Turn right on the next path, then look down over the left side to see a tower below. Jump onto that roof, then drop down the left side to another roof. Take the ladder down to a roof with a treasure chest containing the Sword of Night and Flame
