Traverse the Tree Limbs Across the Canyon

The entrance to the Abandoned Cave is quite tricky to find. Starting out from Caelem Ruins Site of Grace, head southeast toward the cliff edge. Look for the big tree limbs with the dead T-rex canine corpses on them stretching over the gap between the cliffs. While riding Torrent, walk on the twisted tree limbs until you reach the alcove on the other side with the entrance to the Abandoned Cave.

The Abandoned Cave is an extremely lethal cave filled with bogged tunnels that inflict Scarlet Rot build-up on anyone who enters them. It is highly recommended that you stock up on Preservering Boluses. The cave is completely dark in most areas as well so make sure you have a Torch or Lantern ready.

Obtain the Serpent Bow

The Serpent Bow can be found in one of the small areas with a pool of Scarlet Rot.

Obtain the Venomous Fang

The Venomous Fang can be looted from a corpse inside the Abandoned Cave in Caelid. The corpse is on a ledge reachable by climbing on the destroyed Abductor Virgins in the room with the Scarlet Rot Flowers.

Defeat Cleanrot Knights

It's dangerous whenever a Knight leaves your vision as it can result in unexpected flanking attacks or projectiles that come out of nowhere. Make sure that they're within view at all times as you focus fire one by one. Don't hesitate to switch targets if needed as well. The important bit here is that your all your ranged shots should count whenever you shoot them.
