Location Southern end of the shallow lake in front of the capital wall

From the Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace, head southeast into the shallow lake to find the entrance to the Sealed Tunnel at the southern end of the lake.

Uncover the Illusory Entrance

Once inside the Sealed Tunnel, you'll find an Illusory Wall by striking to the left of the torch. This is how you gain entrance to the rest of the dungeon.

Obtain Smithing Stone Miner's Bell Bearing [2]

From the Sealed Tunnel Site of Grace, strike the Illusory Wall next to the firepit in the left corner of the room and head into the Sealed Tunnel. Drop down to the tunnel floor and turn right to see a treasure chest in an alcove containing Smithing Stone Miner's Bell Bearing [2], which can be given to Twin Maiden Husk in Roundtable Hold.

Gain Access to Divine Tower of West Altus

Once you defeat Onyx Lord, you'll gain access to the Divine Tower of West Altus, where you can activate Rykard's Great Rune.
