From the Liurnia Highway North Site of Grace, head down the slope on the outer eastern cliff, hugging the wall on the right (you'll be going through the bushes at this point). Keep going until you notice a sloping rock structure. Turn and loop around the rock and go back the direction you just came (this time on the other side of the rock).

In the final room with the lever that opens the boss door, look for the glowing light on the tomb. Interact with it to get Page Ashes Spirit Summon.

Erdtree Burial Watchdog

It's easy to get cornered when Erdtree Burial Watchdog floats up, so try to keep the boss in the center of the room as you strafe around it. Its Flamethrower attack is the most dangerous move in its arsenal, so watch its mouth for the telltale flames builing up and get back. This version of Erdtree Burial Watchdog has three heads, so watch out for its Flamethrower attack as it covers more ground now.
