From the Recluses' River Downstream Site of Grace, head south and hug the western wall to reach the Village of Flies area. You'll encounter a lot of Man-Flies and a Curseblade on this path. In the area with the Curseblade, look west and you'll find a narrow path.
Reach Recluses' River Downstream Through the Shadow Keep
To reach the Recluses' River Downstream Site of Grace, gain access to the area by reaching the Castle Watering Hole in Shadow Keep first. You will have to reach a ladder that leads to a coffin that brings you to the Castle Watering Hole and into the river area.

The nearest Site of Grace is the Recluses' River Downstream Site of Grace. There is no Site of Grace in the Village of Flies.

Head straight west just after entering the area of the Village of Flies to find a Revered Spirit Ash by a statue. Beware of Man-Flies in the area.

Head up the slope to the right of where you enter the Village of Flies area. You'll find some more Man-Flies and an insect swarm caster with an altar of a huge dead fly to their right. You can find the Man-Fly Ashes on this altar.

Silver Horn Tender

Jump onto the cliff on the right just after entering the Village of Flies area to find a Silver Horn Tender on a corpse.
Shadow Realm Rune

After entering the Village of Flies area, turn right and head up the slope to find some more Man-Flies and a caster that shoots out insect swarms. You can find the corpse with the Shadow Realm Rune behind this caster.
Golden Horn Tender

The Golden Horn Tender can be found on a corpse in between some rocks behind the second insect swarm caster in the area. You can find this place to the right of the dead fly altar.
