From the Scenic Isle Site of Grace, head south facing the massive rock wall and look for a large, natural-forming arch. Head under the arch and veer left until you see corpses hanging from crosses. Go up the sloping land and you'll arrive at Village of Albinaurics.

Defeat Omenkiller

While Omenkiller's attacks are slow, he will deal heavy damage. He's also a very aggressive boss and will always be looking to get close to you, so summon a tanky Spirit Ash such as the Jellyfish or the Greatshield Soldier Ashes to distract him.

How to Beat Omenkiller

Obtain Larval Tear and Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right)

The Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right) can be obtained from Albus, an NPC camouflaged as a pot. From the Village of the Albinaurics Site of Grace, head up the hill past the two houses. Roll into the pot on the right side and Albus will reveal his true form and give you Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right).

Note that because of this, the next time you enter the Roundtable Hold, you will be invaded by an Invader NPC, so be prepared.

You can find a corpse next to a coffin containing a Larval Tear. Look for the stone coffins near the small well and the Site of Grace.

Nepheli can next be found under the bridge of the Village of Albinaurics. This will be in the swamp beneath the large rock formation, so do not bother looking for a way up the massive cliff face.

Speak to her in order to know more about her past and what she intends to do to those responsible for the village's fall.
