Elden Ring - Maternal Staff NPC Quest

The Maternal Staff can be obtained by taking down Ymir at the end of his questline. You can find and start Ymir's questline at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr.

The Maternal Staff is only available if you've purchased the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This weapon is a DLC exclusive and will not be available if you only own the base game.
