Carian Slicer can be bought from Sorceress Sellen for 1500 Runes. She can be found in the Waypoint Ruins Cellar, underneath the Waypoint Ruins. You will have to fight Mad Pumpkin Head first before you can reach her, and then give her the Royal House Scroll to buy the spells.

How to Use Carian Slicer

Used in Closed Quarters Combat

Carian Slicer is best used when you're forced to engage enemies in closed quarter combat and is best kept if you have enough memory slot to spare for such situation.

Can be Chain Casted

Carian Slicer can be chain-casted when performing certain attacks or spells. This is to cancel the wind-up animation at the start of its attack and allow you to get straight towards attacking.
