Carian Piercer Effects

Gathers glintstone energy and forms a greatsword that pierces through enemies in a linear direction. Charging increases the damage output of the spell at the expense of a much slower spell release.

Dropped by a scarab in the Caria Manor just northeast from the Main Caria Manor Gate site of grace. Try using bows or long-ranged attacks to kill the scarab before it moves away and disappears-

How to Use Carian Piercer

Use When Mobbed

Use this spell when you are mobbed by a group of enemies in PvE, especially if they are coming from a single direction. This way you can take on multiple enemies with this spell in one casting.

Powerful When Charged

This spell can deal massive magic damage when charged and charging this spell takes about 2.5 seconds. What you can do is take a backstep or simply gauge the distance between you and your target, then charge the spell as the enemy approaches and time its release.

Take advantage of the charged version which could deal up to 14.6 percent of additional damage to enemies.

Good for PvP Use

This spell is relatively fast to cast but it would be a little faster when you equip a Radagon's Icon in your talisman slot. With this improvement, you can cast it much faster which makes it highly effective during PvP.

Can be Buffed with Carian Glintstone Staff

If you want to increase Carian Piercer's damage output, then you should have the Carian Glintstone Staff equipped as the staff enhances Carian sword sorceries. You can find the staff inside the Carian Study Hall in Liurnia of the Lakes.
