Rock Blaster is a spell where the caster uses its staff to plunge it into the ground to create a magical shockwave that deals damage to surrounding enemies.
This spell can also be charged to hold the plunge attack, which can be used as a drill that deals continuous damage to anyone near it. This lasts until you release the charge or once you run out of FP.
The chest containing the Rock Blaster spell is found inside the topmost shack in the first mining area of Sellia Crystal Tunnel, north of the Caelid region.

Since Rock Blaster can be charged to delay its follow-up attack, this can be useful in PvP if you're trying to bait out your opponent into dodge rolling.
