Briars of Punishment Effects

Summon bloody thorns that track your target even from a distance and impale them from the ground. This spell also causes Blood Loss to your target and can also be used repeatedly. This spell consumes a bit of the caster's HP and FP and will also increase the user's blood loss gauge.

How to Get Briars of Punishment

Located Near Zamor Ruins

From the Zamor Ruins site of grace of the Mountaintops of the Giants region, travel northeast until you reach the steep path guarded by a Fire Prelate and its minions. The Briars of Punishment spell is with a corpse next to a dead tree.

How to Use Briars of Punishment

Takes a Single Target from a Distance

The Briars of Punishment could take on a single target from a distance. Once released the briars will swiftly crawl to the ground going to the location of their target. Once a target is located, bloodied briars will shoot up from the ground of the target dealing massive damage while also increasing the target's blood loss gauge.

You can spam this spell more with its decreased recovery time and increased blood loss effect on enemies according to 1.04 patch.

Causes Blood Loss Gauge to Increase

HP and FP is consumed when using this spell it also increases the blood loss gauge of the player, so be mindful of your HP and blood loss guage when using this spell.
