Crystal Torrent is a spell that allows one to shoot out crystal shards at an enemy in rapid succession. Charging it down will allow you to continuously barrage them with crystal shards to melt down their HP.
It's recommended to drink Cerulean Hidden Tear when using Crystal Torrent, as it negates the FP Cost of using the spell.
Defeat the three Putrid Crystalians at the boss of area of Sellia Hideaway in Caelid. These Crystalians are capable of inflicting scarlet rot with their attacks compared to regular Crystalians, so better watch out for your scarlet rot guage when facing them.
After beating them you will be rewarded with the Crystal Torrent spell.
Crystal Torrent is best used when your enemy is distracted or stunned, in situations where you have the time to charge down the spell to deal a lot of damage.
