Stars of Ruin is a sorcery spell where one can shoot multiple fast-moving projectiles that track enemies down for a brief time. Charging it will let you increase its damage but requires more time to cast because of it.
Avoid getting interrupted while casting the spell by using Spirit Ashes to distract your enemies.

You can obtain the Stars of Ruin sorcery from the corpse of Master Lusat in Sellia Hideaway in Caelid.
Lusat is located behind an arcane ward that requires the Sellian Sealbreaker given by Sorceress Sellen, which is obtainable after showing her the Comet Azur sorcery from Primeval Sorcerer Azur.

Use Stars of Ruin while moving to keep your enemies away from you if they're trying to close in on you, especially when fighting invaders or other players, since they will have difficulty reaching you because of the multi-projectile homing attack.
