Comet Lore

Lore Description
"One of the glintstone sorceries of the Academy of Raya Lucaria.

Fires a great magical comet. This sorcery can be cast repeatedly and while in motion. Charging enhances potency.

The greatest of the Karolos Conspectus's sorceries, that only a very few sorcerers have ever mastered."

Comet Effects

Launches a great magic comet in a single linear direction that pierces through enemies. This spell's potency increases when charged and can be used while the caster is in motion. The caster can also use the spell repeatedly however, charging takes quite a bit of time.

How to Get Comet

Break Illusory Wall

Elden Ring - Academy of Raya Lucaria Comet Spell Location

The this wall is disguised as a bookshelf and is located outside of the Debate Parlor site of grace in the Academy of Raya Lucaria. From the Debate Parlor, head to the west exit and turn right. This wall is the empty bookshelf near the stairs. Break the wall to reveal a path. At the end of the path is a room with a chest containing the Comet Spell.

This spell can be charged and deals more damage when released at full. It can also hit multiple enemies within its linear trajectory which is great when dealing with groups. Once the comet has been released it will pass through its target on to the next until it fades.

Takes 2 Seconds to Fully Charge

Despite Comet's high damage and long range, it has a short two-second charge time. You can shorten this even further by wearing the Radagon Icon, which shortens the time needed for casting spells. Doing this would beneficial to users during boss fights in PvE or during combats with other players in PvP.
