Glintstone Cometshard Fires is a sorcery spell where it allows one to fire a magic comet with a trailing tail. This sorcery can be cast subsequently without delay and while in motion.
Charging the spell will increase the damage it deals against your opponents at the cost of longer cast time.
The Conspectus Scroll is found on a corpse near the Schoolhouse Classroom site of grace at the Academy of Raya Lucaria. From this site of grace take the south exit and then head to the room on the east. You should be able to spot the corpse easily as you enter the room.
After getting it, deliver the scroll to Sorceress Sellen to be able to purchase the Glintstone Cometshard spell from her.

Glintstone Cometshard is best used when fighting against multiple enemies as the magic comet will pierce through them, allowing you to hit multiple enemies.
