Star Shower is a sorcery spell that allows one to fire six magic shooting stars that pursue a target. You'll be able to move while casting the spell. Charging it increases its damage against opponents but requires more time to cast, leaving you vulnerable to attacks.
Consider using spirit ashes to distract your enemies and avoid getting interrupted while casting it.
All Spirit Ash Locations: How to Summon Spirits
The Conspectus Scroll is found on a corpse near the Schoolhouse Classroom site of grace at the Academy of Raya Lucaria. From this site of grace take the south exit and then head to the room on the east. You should be able to spot the corpse easily as you enter the room.
After getting it, deliver the scroll to Sorceress Sellen to be able to purchase the Star Shower spell from her.

Star Shower is best used when fighting against fast-moving enemies due to its projectile speed and tracking. As there are six magic shooting stars, you'll have a high chance of hitting your enemy with this spell.
