Frozen Armament Effects
Frozen Armament is a sorcery spell that allows the caster to enchant their right-hand armament with frost and allows for one to cast it while in motion. The effect will last for around a minute and can be dispelled by switching your right-hand armament with another weapon.
This spell cannot be used on unique weapons or ones with elemental affinities, and applying another weapon buff will remove this spell's effect.

The place where the scarab is located can only be accessed after defeating Royal Knight Loretta in Caria Manor. After defeating her you should be able to access the Three Sisters area behind the manor, where the scarab is.
