Complete the Professional Mode Difficulty on A-Rank

The Chicago Sweeper Bonus Weapon can be unlocked by completing the game on Professional Mode with an A Rank. This requires completion of the story in 7 hours or less.

It's ok to use New Game Plus for this, so you're best off getting the Infinite Rocket Launcher in a previous playthrough, then speeding through the story to reach the A Rank.

How to Unlock Professional Mode

The Professional Difficulty Mode can be unlocked simply by clearing the main story once on any difficulty. It can be selected for any New Game or New Game Plus file once unlocked.

The Chicago Sweeper was originally called the Chicago Typewriter in Resident Evil 4 (2005) and was unlocked via the Assignment Ada or Separate Ways game mode. In contrast to the Chicago Sweeper, the Chicago Typewriter immediately came with infinite ammo and 10 Power, requiring no upgrades.
