The Three Fingers can be found at Frenzied Flame Proscription, deep within Leyndell's Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. Players will have to explore this dungeon thoroughly to access the lift that takes them down to the lowest level.
Defeat Mohg the Omen
In order to access the Frenzied Flame Proscription, players will have to defeat Mohg the Omen. He is an optional boss that has the limited moveset of Mohg, Lord of Blood. Once defeated, hit the altar in his boss arena to reveal a secret passage that leads to the Three Fingers.
Three Fingers Interactions
Imparts the Frenzied Flame
If players followed Hyetta's questline or if they simply stumbled upon the Frenzied Flame Proscription, they will find the a locked door leading to the Three Fingers. Choosing to meet the Three Fingers will cause you to inherit the Frenzied Flame.
To open the door to the Three Fingers, players will need to unequip all of their armor and weapons. Then, interact with the door to enter and embrace the Three Fingers.
Lord of Frenzied Flame Becomes the Only Ending
By embracing the Three Fingers, players will lock themselves to the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending. Unless players have Miquella's Needle, there will be no way to opt out of the Frenzied Flame ending. If you do not plan to go down this route, do not meet the Three Fingers.
How to Get the Lord of Frenzied Flame Ending
How to Quell the Frenzied Flame
In order to quell the Frenzied Flame and unlock other endings of the game, players will need to use Miquella's Needle in front of Dragonlord Placidusax in Crumbling Farum Azula. This is the only way to opt out of the Frenzied Flame ending.
To get the needle, you will need to complete Millicent's questline and defeat Malenia, Blade of Miquella in Miquella's Haligtree.
