Obtained During Jolan's Quest

Elden Ring - Sword of Night NPC Quest

The Sword of Night is obtained from Jolan at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr at the end of her quest line by giving her the Iris of Occultation. Giving her the Iris of Grace on the other hand will get you the Swordhand of Night Jolan Spirit Ashes.
