Is Matilda Worth it?

Matilda is Not Worth It Overall

Matilda is a weapon you can buy from the Merchant for 10x Spinels. You can also purchase its attachment for 12x Spinels to get its burst-fire mode. You can trade the Spinels for better items, like Exclusive Upgrade Ticket or different Attache Cases.

There's also a lot of handgun that can overshadow Matilda's overall performance, like the Blacktail and Red9 pistols. Punisher is also a better choice if you're gonna trade your Spinels for a weapon. Punisher is extremely useful, especially on Castle chapters, because of its penetration power!

How to Use Matilda

Use at Close to Mid-Range Encounters

Matilda is a good weapon to use at close to mid-range distances because of its accuracy and power. It's also better to use on normal or weaker mobs instead of your better guns, as it's easy to get and craft its ammo.

Stun Enemies and Go for a Melee Attack

Matilda also has the power to stun an enemy for a short time, allowing you to a follow-up melee attack for extra damage while saving up some ammo. However, do note that it might take a while or not work even on stronger enemies.
