Salza, Fire Knight Sage, can be found at the end of the bridge connecting the Specimen Storehouse in Shadow Keep and the Ancient Ruins of Rauh.
From the Storehouse, First Floor Site of Grace, head west and take the lift down. The bridge will be behind the door beside the West Rampart Site of Grace.

Salza's Hood drops upon defeating Salza, Fire Knight, and will increase your Intelligence stat when equipped.
Rain of Fire is an incantation that Salza, Fire Knight, drops when defeated. This incantation summons a rain of fire for a short duration that deals a bit of damage for each projectile that hits the enemy.
