You can obtain the Battlefield Priest's Cookbook 2 from a chest found on top of the Fort of Reprimand. From the Fort of Reprimand Site of Grace, make your way up the room guarded by Black Knight Edredd. Continue going up until you reach the highest point of the fort, and there you will see the chest containing the cookbook.
