| "This legendary talisman is an eye engraved with an Elden Rune, said to be the seal of King Consort Radagon. Greatly raises vigor, endurance, strength, and dexterity, but also increases damage taken by a similar measure. Solemn duty weighs upon the one beholden; not unlike a gnawing curse from which there is no deliverance." |

| Steps to Obtain the Twinblade Talisman | |

| 1 |  Head to the entrance of the fort and turn left. You can summon a spirit ash to distract the enemies. |
| 2 |  Head to the small room with a ladder. Hold the B Button to climb up faster to avoid the poison buildup. |
| 3 |  Open the treasure chest to obtain the Dectus Medallion (Right). Head north and jump to the next area. |
| 4 |  Head to the furthest hole on the ground in the area. Equip a Torch or a Lantern before dropping down. |
| 5 |  Walk across the path and turn around to find another wooden platform leading to a different area. Jump towards it and drop down to the ground floor. |
| 6 |  Head left to make your way to the corner leading you to the talisman. |
| 7 |  Pick up the Radagon's Soreseal from the dead body on the corner. |
