Grand Lift of Dectus is a large elevator that connects the region of Liurnia of the Lakes with Altus Plateau. To use the platform, however, you'll need two items: Dectus Medallion (Left) and Dectus Medallion (Right).

Dectus Medallion (Left) is in the tower of Fort Haight in Mistwood. Dectus Medallion (Right) is in Fort Faroth in Dragonbarrow.
