The Serpent Bow can be found in the Abandoned Cave in Caelid.
To find the entrance to the cave, start at the Caelem Ruins Site of Grace and then head southeast toward the cliff edge. Look for the big tree limbs with the dead T-rex canine corpses on them stretching over the gap between the cliffs. Walk on the twisted tree limbs until you reach the alcove on the other side with the entrance to the Abandoned Cave.
