Obtained by Trading the Remembrance of the Starscourge With Enia

The Starscourge Greatsword can be obtained by beating Starscourge Radahn and getting the Remembrance of the Starscourge. You can then turn in the Remembrance to Enia at the Roundtable Hold to get the weapon.

Starscourge Radahn is fought on the Wailing Dunes in Caelid. To trigger his boss fight, Redmane Castle will need to be in its Radahn Festival state.

How to Trigger the Radahn Festival and Fight Starscourge Radahn

1 To trigger the Radahn Festival in Redmane Castle, you'll need to use one of the 3 methods below. The first method is the easiest to do.

① Use the Grand Lift of Dectus to reach Altus Plateau and rest at any site of grace in the region.
② Defeat Magma Wyrm Makar at the Ruin-Strewn Precipice. Use the lift in his chamber to reach Altus Plateau and rest at one of the sites of grace there.
③ Progress Ranni's questline until you and Blaidd find out about how to reach Nokron from Sellen.
2 Make your way to Redmane Castle and talk to Jerren. If this is your first time visiting the castle, use the now active teleporter next to the Impassable Greatbridge site of grace (before Redmane Castle) to enter.
3 After Jerren finishes his speech, find the lift on the north end of the castle and ride it down to the beach. Use the teleporter to begin the Starscourge Radahn boss fight.

Apologies for the misinformation. For best Greatswords, we recommend the classic Claymore and Flamberge. Both weapons have good scalings in Strength and Dexterity with Flamberge even being a superior weapon for pure Dexterity builds and both being infusable with Ashes of War.

this weapon is a colossal sword, not a great sword, you basically don't have a great sword in your tier-list.
