Note: Great Katana is only available if you own the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

Found in a Lake West of the Abandoned Ailing Village

The Great Katana is found in the middle of a lake west of the Abandoned Ailing Village in Gravesite Plain. It is guarded by a Ghostflame Dragon, but you do not need to defeat it. You can simply pick up the Great Katana and leave the area without a fight.
