Found In a Lake West of the Abandoned Ailing Village

The Great Katana is found in the middle of a lake west of the Abandoned Ailing Village. It is guarded by a Ghostflame Dragon, but you do not need to defeat it. You can simply pick it up and come back later when you're ready.

Only Available in Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

The Great Katana is only available if you've purchased the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This weapon is a DLC exclusive and will not be available if you only own the base game.
