The Ruby in the Castle can be obtained by going through the gate in the Audience Chamber and shooting the container hanging from the ceiling.

Castle Battlements - Chapter 8

Another Ruby can be obtained in the Castle by shooting down the container hanging from the ceiling at the end of the third tower of the Castle Battlements.

Another Ruby can be ontained in the Castle by shooting down a container suspended from behind the rubble in the center of the first floor of the Ballroom.

Small Cave Shrine (Expanded Map Treasure)

BIOHAZARD RE_4 - Ruby

Once you get off at the dock, head to the narrow left corner where you can see some yellow markings hinting at the clue to the Small Cave Shrine Puzzle. Tilt your view upwards until you see the golden container.

Waste Disposal (Expanded Map Treasure)

BIOHAZARD RE_4_ - Waste Disposal Hidden treasure - Ruby

This treasure can be seen in the Waste Disposal room. After you instruct Ashley to hold down the wheel to bring the drawbridge down, circle through the back and you will see the treasure hanging as you walk on the second bridge near Ashley's location.
