The Hunter's Lodge Key is a Key Item that can be obtained after being attacked by a villager at the beginning of Chapter 1. You can find it beside the villager's body after the cutscene.

How to Use Hunter's Lodge Key

Open the Marked Door in the Hunter's Lodge

RE4R - unlocking the marked door with the Hunter

The Hunter's Lodge Key can be used immediately after obtaining it. Exit the room where you found it and examine the marked door nearby where the key fits.
