Electabuzz will evolve into Electivire by trading it to another player while it is holding an Electirizer.

Have your Electabuzz hold Electirizer and trade it with a friend to evolve it into Electivire. We recommend doing this with someone you trust as your partner will need to trade the Pokemon back to you once it evolves.

Increase Chances by using a Pokemon with Super Luck

We recommend bringing a Pokemon such as Absol, with the Super Luck Ability which increases the chance for Wild Pokemon to have a held item. Absol can also learn the move Thief to take the item from the opponent without the need of catching it. Just make sure Absol isn't holding any items beforehand.

Pokemon BDSP ElekidElekid

You can get an Electirizer from wild Elekids found in hideaways such as the Grand Underground's Dazzling Cave and Stargleam Cavern.

There is a slim chance of encountering an Elekid holding an Electirizer. What you can do is to enter in and out of the Hideaway to reset the Pokemon found inside. Additionally, Elekid is exclusively found in Brilliant Diamond.
