The magic door to Renna's Rise will dispel only after you give Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade, which is obtained from Night's Sacred Ground.

Teleport to upper Ainsel River

At the top of the tower will be a waygate that teleports you to the upper part of Ainsel River. Pick up a doll of Ranni there to continue her quest.
