You'll first need to get the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Left) from Castle Sol and the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right) from the Village of the Albinaurics. Bring both halves to the Grand Lift of Rold to operate it. Take the lift to get to the Hidden Path to the Haligtree. Exit the dungeon to end up in Consecrated Snowfield.
From the Hidden Path to The Haligtree Site of Grace, head down the steps to the room where the giant octopus drops down. Run down the red carpeted path to the first platform and look to the right. A section of railing is missing here; walk to the edge and drop down, landing on an invisible platform below. Turn so you're facing north, then walk across the invisible platform as it takes you under the carpeted path you were just on. Head straight for the alcove and jump to it at the last second (there is a gap where there is no platform just in front of it). Pick up the Sacramental Bud from this room, then exit the way you came in.
On the invisible platform, turn to face west. Head straight to the next room, defeating the small enemy along the way (there will be another one in the room). Pick up the Grave Glovewort [9], then head back out. Turn to the right and drop down to the visible platform with the glowing light. Pick it up to get the Hero's Rune. Jump through the window to the room with the octopus. Pull the lever behind the octopus, then head down the ramp. Pick up the Vulgar Militia Saw from the corpse on the right and head into the room to the south. The mist door to the boss room is just beyond the double doors.
For defeating Stray Mimic Tear, you'll get Blackflame Monk Amon Ashes and a Deathroot.
